Pinnacle Roofing has an amazing production team to handle installation, allowing Sales Representatives to focus their efforts on serving assigned leads generated by marketing, while building a network over time to maximize earning potential. We set you up for success, your hard work and ability to communicate well defines how much you win!

The Role:

Sales Representatives do NOT …

• have caps on commissions
• install roofs
• manage production
• have to generate all of your own leads

You will be …

• trained on best-in-class, consultative sales methods
• supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team
• performing in-person inspections at customer’s homes and small businesses
• willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage
• generating estimates and consult customers on the right solution(s)
• ensuring the customer has an excellent experience through job completion
• developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients generating repeat business and referrals
• tracking and communicating internally on Pinnacle Roofing’s CRM tool
• attending and conducting outside sales activities (sales training, trade events, referral engagement, targeted canvassing events, etc.)
• operating with integrity
