We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily residential roofing projects across our Louisville service area. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to Pinnacle Roofing quality standards. This role manages crews, materials, and job execution while serving as the on-site leader and primary point of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily roofing installations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Manage and direct roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper use of PPE
• Verify correct installation per manufacturer guidelines and local building codes
• Coordinate and confirm accurate material deliveries before and during installs
• Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners during installation
• Communicate job progress, issues, and updates with the production team
• Resolve jobsite issues quickly to prevent delays or rework
• Complete final inspections and ensure punch list items are addressed

Qualifications:

• Residential roofing experience a plus (installation, foreman, or supervisory role)
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, metal, and tile roofing systems
• Proven ability to manage roofing crews and subcontractors on active job sites
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Strong communication skills with crews, homeowners, and internal teams
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced jobsite environment
• Ability to use a smartphone for photos, documentation, and job communication
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in outdoor conditions
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), Spanish conversational ability preferred

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
